The New Mom’s Group is a professionally led education and peer support program for new moms of babies ages birth to 12 months old
. Have you been:
Looking for answers to your questions about sleep, feeding, returning to work, childcare, changes in your relationship with your partner and friends, temperament, and infant development?
Feeling overwhelmed by the sudden changes in your life?
Finding that motherhood is different from what you expected?
Wondering if your body will every look like it did before you were pregnant?
Looking to meet other new moms who have many of the same questions?
If the answer to any of those questions is “yes”, then this is for you. The group provides an opportunity to come together to normalize and to discuss the up’s and down’s of being a first time mom in a supportive and nurturing environment. It is a safe and non judgmental space for women to learn through the group discussions, shared experiences, and gain support to adjust to this big life change which can often be stressful.
