Shamrock 2016!

March 12, 2016 at House of Blues Chicago in Chicago.

Run Forrest Run is your answer to all things 90s! With all the pop and R&B hits of today monopolizing the radio stations, it can sometimes be frustrating to just get back to “the good old days” of music. We’re not talking about last year, we’re talking about warping all the way back to playing Pokemon on your Game Boy, freaking out in the middle of the night when your Furby turned on all by itself while you were reading Goosebumps, and popping some Warheads while listening to your walkman before you head over to your friend’s house to trade pogs. We could only be talking about the 90’s, a generation that we all love. Run Forrest Run would like the 90’s to bring you as much joy as it has brought us and we strive to put that joy to work, giving you the best 90s tribute around Chicago.

Tequila Takeover: Opening Night

March 04, 2016 at Nacional 27 in Chicago.

This month, we’re bringing some of the most popular latin DJs to Chicago! Join us at Vida27 for an epic month of partying! Get ready for the Tequila Takeover.

Opening the series is world known DJ Santarosa on March 4th. Born and raised in Orange County, he grew up with a major interest and passion for music, and this is what earned him a reputation as one of the best deejay’s in the industry. Santarosa has booked gigs all over the country in cities like Hollywood, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, San Diego, Dallas, Anaheim, San Francisco and many more.

While music served as an escape, Santarosa’s hustle landed him a gig on LA’s #1 Party Station, formerly known as Latino 96.3, where he and his talents took over the noon mix everyday, keeping thousands of satisfied listeners entertained. DJ Santarosa has always strived to do more and settling is not something he believes in. Eight years later, he decided to move on from FM radio to satellite airwaves, he is now currently heard everyday on Pitbull’s Globalization radio on Sirius XM Ch. 4, and also serves as the station’s Assistant Music Director. Alongside Santarosa’s rigorous schedule, he was awarded the position of Latin Music Director for DJ City, the world’s leading music record pool and news source for DJ’s.

DJ Santarosa is committed to developing his craft, growing his brand and broadening his following to different states, cities, and countries. Rest assured that when DJ Santarosa is behind the turntables, dance floors are in for an unforgettable experience.
